Frequently asked questions
Frequently asked questions
What is the length of the scissors?
The total length is 135 mm, that is, 13.5 cm.
What colors do the scissors come in?
Green and red.
What is the blade made of?
Stainless steel, joined with a central screw.
What are the scissors suitable for?
Threads, ribbons, paper and packaging, at home, in the office and in the sewing bag.
Can I cut fabric with them?
Small pieces and ribbons, yes. For whole patterns, use long fabric scissors.
What is the advantage of the soft handle?
The soft layer in the handle reduces pressure on the fingers in repeated cutting and gives a steadier grip, even when the hands are slightly damp.
What is the difference between the RIMEI K08 and the 135 mm scissors with a finger support?
Both are 135 mm long with a stainless steel blade. The RIMEI K08 comes in green or red with a soft handle, and the other model comes with a black-and-red ABS handle and a finger support.
Why is it worth keeping two colors?
That way you assign a color to each use - for example green for threads and sewing and red for paper and packaging - and do not mix up the pairs.
How do you clean glue off the blades?
Wipe with a cloth and a little isopropyl alcohol or a gentle adhesive remover, dry well, and only then close the scissors.
Can I order a quantity for a store or an office?
Yes. The scissors suit stores, offices and classes, and for bulk orders you can contact us.
