Before arriving to see a particular model, it is recommended to write to us on WhatsApp so that we can make sure that it is displayed in the hall.
Business & Wholesale Customers
Fashion stores, chains, designers, studios, design schools and marketers receive a wholesale quote according to models and quantities. Write to us on WhatsApp or call, specify the models, quantities and the desired delivery date, and we will come back with an offer. Special orders, in size, color or finish that are not in current stock, are coordinated in the same way.
Self Pick Up
An order from the site selected for self-collection is ready for collection at one of the two branches after a message is sent to you. Pick-up during business hours, free of charge.
After-purchase service
Did you receive a defective product, missing a part or the shipment was damaged on the way? Send us photos on WhatsApp or email along with the order number, and we will take care of it. Can I come to the showroom without scheduling in advance?
Yes, during opening hours at the Kfar Giladi 15 branch in Tel Aviv. If you are coming to see a specific model, it is worth writing to us first on WhatsApp so we can confirm it is on display in the showroom that day.
How do I get a wholesale quote?
Write to us on WhatsApp or call, and state the models, the quantities and the desired delivery date. We will get back to you with a tailored quote. You can also send the details by email to habayt.labuvot@gmail.com.
At which branch can I collect an order from the website?
At both branches in Tel Aviv: 15 Kfar Gilaadi and 17 HaMashbir. Choose self-pickup when ordering, and we will send a message when the order is ready. Pickup is during business hours and free of charge.
I received a defective product or a damaged shipment. What do I do?
Send us photos of the product and the packaging together with the order number, by WhatsApp or email, preferably within 48 hours of receipt. We will handle a replacement or a credit in accordance with the site's terms.
